369 Money Affirmations

These are the three kinds of sentences you need across a 33-day cycle. Copy them as they are, or generate a set written for your exact amount and purpose — a sentence that mentions your real goal lands differently from a generic one.

Phase 1 — clearing (days 1–11)

Phase 2 — building (days 12–22)

Phase 3 — receiving (days 23–33)

Two rules that decide whether a sentence works

No negations. "I am not in debt" repeats the word debt eighteen times a day. Write what you want instead: "I am completely debt-free and calm about money". Present tense, first person. "I will have" pushes it into a future that never arrives; "I have" is uncomfortable at first, and that discomfort is the point.

How to use these with 369

Pick one from the phase you are in and write it three times in the morning, six in the afternoon, nine at night. Full routine is in the 369 method guide. If repetition is not your temperament, the same sentences work well inside a scripting practice or on a money vision board.
