Privacy policy
Short version: we collect your email address so we can send you your 33 sentences, and we keep your practice progress so your streak survives closing the tab. We do not sell anything, we do not run ads, and we do not use tracking cookies.
What we collect
- Your email address. Required — it is the only way to deliver your 33 sentences and your daily reminder.
- Your timezone. So the reminder arrives in the evening where you are, not where our server is.
- Your goal description. The amount, what it is for, your deadline, and one sentence about where you are now. This is the text your sentences are written from.
- Your practice progress. Which of the three daily slots you completed, and your streak count.
Who else processes it
Three services are involved, and each gets only what it needs to do its job:
- Resend receives your email address to deliver the two emails we send — your sentences, then the daily reminder.
- Alibaba Cloud DashScope receives your goal description to generate the sentences. It is not given your email address.
- Our own database (MySQL, hosted in Singapore) stores the above so your practice page still works when you come back.
What we do not do
- No advertising, no ad networks, no third-party tracking cookies.
- No analytics scripts that follow you from site to site.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your email address.
How to get your data deleted
Email hello@369daily.com from the address you signed up with and we will delete your account, your goal text and your progress. There is no self-serve dashboard to do it from — asking us is the way, and we will confirm once it is done.
Your rights
If you are in California you have the right to know what we hold, to get a copy of it, and to have it deleted (CCPA). If you are in the EEA or the UK you have the same rights under GDPR, plus the right to correct anything inaccurate. We do not charge for this and we do not treat you differently for asking.
Children
369Daily is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has signed up, email us and we will remove the account.
If this changes
If we ever start collecting something materially different, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will not quietly repurpose data you already gave us.
